Our School Development Plan shows that Oakley is a school that has high expectations, not only for students but also for everyone who works here. The students are the reason the school exists, their progress and welfare are our purpose. Our experienced and highly qualified teachers are supported by our pastoral care system, together caring for our students and assisting their learning in equal measures.
The SDP is our path to success and excellence. It develops from our vision of a confident learning community focusing on the 3 key areas within the school; developing confidence; developing learning; and developing the school community. Targets are related to focus areas and objectives developed in departmental action plans.
