KS1 Wet Playtime Procedure:

Start of day:

From 8.15, when the gate us opened, children will be supervised in the dinner hall by Samuel . At 8.30 Gary will bring them down to the KS1 department and wait with them until their teachers collect them at 8.45.

Playtimes 10.30:

Year 1 in 1c with James

Year 2 in 2A with Gaby

(Opportunities for these two staff to rotate over the year).

2.05-2.25:

Year 1  in 1c With Carolyn

Y2 in 2A with Araceli

3.10-3.30:

Year 1 in 1c with Ali

Year 2 in 2a with  Araceli

Lunch time:

12:05 – 12:25:

• Year 1 to 1J Angela
• Year 2 to 2A with Holly

12:25 – 12:45:

• Angela stays with Year 1.  Natalia swaps with Holly.

End of Day:

Children stay in their classes until 3:55 with their teacher.

Nicola will open Los Lagares gate and at 4:00 Lucy takes over on gate.

Any children not yet collected at this time go into 2A.

If Claire decides that KS2 are to wait outside, Holly will take these children to the playground.

If KS2 are waiting downstairs , Holly will stay with KS1 until 4.15 in Class 2N and then at 4.10 Holly takes any remaining children into 1c and at 4.15 will go to take over on gate until 4.30.
