KS2 Wet Playtime Procedure:

Before school starts
Children are supervised in the dinner hall until they are collected by their teachers at 9am.
Staffing:  Samuel

Break times
Year 3 – into 4S
Year 4 – into 4L
Year 5  - into 5A
Year 6 – into 6C
Staff on duty float between the classrooms.  Wet play boxes with games and scrap paper will be available in each of the above classes.

Lunch time
Children into the classrooms as above BUT with Year 6 shared between 4S, 4L and 5A
Staffing: 12:15 – 12:30  Liz (with Liza if necessary)
12:30 – 12:45  Alison (with Rachel if necessary)
12:45 – 13:00  Mark and Angela
13:00 – 13:15  Angela (Year 6 move into 6C.  Angela stays with Y5 in 5A).

End of day
The main gate is closed to Primary and the old KS1 gate will be used by all parents.  Children must be escorted by their teachers into 1C  (Years 3 and 4) / 1J( years 5 and 6)
All KS2 children must be present and seated calmly.  
Activity children will be sent to the dining room – they will be collected from here by their activity teacher – this includes abacus students.
Parents will collect their children from the classroom entering through the KS1 main entrance and exit through James´ fire door.  Teachers supervise their class until 4:10 when Holly will take over supervision bringing in  the KS1 children to 1C. Both Claire and Kerry will be on the gate until 4:15, Kerry until 4:30.  At that point children will be led up to the main entrance hall to wait.

Activities children
Children will be supervised in the dinner hall instead of the KS1 small playground. Activity staff is allocated in KS1 rooms to wait until 4:10 then come down from dining room.
Bus children
Children go to the dining room and then head to the bus with Fabiola.
